tuition discount

Those ArtCamp participants who attend at least two one-week courses or all three summer school weeks are entitled to a tuition discount (it is deduced from the total tuition fee).

Foreign participants are required to pay in EUR or CZK via bank transfer.

The deadline for payment is in mid-June (or according to individual agreement).

The total amount has the following structure: tuition fee + accommodation + public transport pass

Proof of payment

As it often happens that either the participants or the banks enter a wrong account number or wrong symbols which makes identification of the payment more difficult or even impossible, we require that all the participants send us a copy of the document confirming their payment (by e-mail). This will help us reveal any wrong payments in time. Please find contact details here.

If the participant cancels his/her attendance in writing by the required date (ten working days before the summer school begins) the organiser will charge a cancellation fee of 20% from the total sum paid. In case of cancellation after this date there will be no money refunds.

The organiser reserves the right to join or cancel the courses in case of insufficient number of students registered for one session or to move the students to another session in case of excessive number of students registered for one session (the date of registration is crucial here). In case of cancellation of the course by the organiser its participants will get full money refund.
